Cleaning: Never use acid or bleach for routine maintenance.

Grout care: The porous texture may require direct aggitation with a scrub brush.

For the shower: Using Aqua Mix Shower Tile Plus, spray on to remove soap scum and hard water deposits.

Shower tip: To avoid mildew, it is a good idea to leave the shower door open between uses.

Heavy-duty Aqua Mix Tile and Grout Cleaner effectively removes grease, soap scum, water deposits and mildew stains.

Sealing grout: Grout is porous and is subject to staining if not sealed. Aqua Mix grout sealant lasts up to 5 years and is ideal for use on counters, floors, walls, and showers. Sealer's Choice or Sealer's Choice 15 is used to provide maximum stain protection for high porosity tile and grout installations in aarea subject to oil and grease contaminants.

Coloring grout: Aqua Mix grout colorant is recommended for recoloring, sealing, and rejuvinating discolored grout joints.

Saltillo Tile Care System

Pre-Grout Sealing: Saltillo, Adobe and Terra Cotta tile are very porous and prone to grout staining if not protected prior to the grouting process.

Color Enhancing: Use Aqua Stain for Saltillo first followed by seal and finish to enhance color intensity and shading for rustic clay tile.
